Are you running on Windows? I haven't tested the copy action on Linux, so perhaps the implementation needs to be tweaked there.

I would try figuring out if the ConsoleAction.Copy is properly mapped to the keys you expect it to be. You can find the list of all the possible ConsoleActions here. The implementation for the copy action can be found here. Finally, the default keys mapped to actions can be found here.
