@jtfairbank has never used TypeScript before. Pretty sure I can figure it out since I understand JS well even if I'm a bit rusty to the ecosystem at the moment. But I didn't want to set it up for a new project so I've bootstrapped this one in JS for the time being.

Ideally everything looks pretty similar to the shipment tracker
