Create Box Wrapper Component

Overview

This component wraps content components, and allows editors to control sizing, spacing, and other wrapper-related properties. It is not interactive, and will mainly be used inside of layout components in order to position content appropriately in the layout.

Data

For now we should specify the width and height properties that Radix makes available for this component. Padding, positioning, dynamic sizing (shrink/grow), and background should be implemented comprehensively later across all Radix layout components.
