Page separator lines should take priority in setting page marker locations

In GG1, even if you have page markers in the "bin" file, if your text file has page separator lines, then they take priority (assuming a prefs flag is set, which it is by default, so almost certainly set for all users).

In GG2, if you have page markers in the "bin" file, then it ignores the location of page separator lines. It shouldn't - it should work like GG1.

Also change color to "gold" to match GG1 ("yellow" was already used in GG1).
