Anyone have suggestions for moving on from this check now that ONTAPI is gone? #104

Sort of a community question rather than a bug - this check has long been useful to us, but we understand that ONTAPI is going away in the next year or two.

I'm curious what others may have been doing to replace this sort of monitoring.

I'm out there googling as well for alternatives, but since I'm not a Perl coder or much of a coder at all I can't DIY a replacement.

It seems you can still enable ONTAP pass version 9.14 up to 9.17. From version 9.18 reablement will be disabled. So you have some more time to figure out a solution using REST API.

It's your lucky day, we decided to open source this in the District09 GitHub where I work. A colleague of me has made a Powershell alternative. Give us some time to organize things.
