Obtenir un DateTime à partir de ça :

"date_publication": "Annonce mise \u00e0 jour le 28 mars 2013",

en gros faire une REGEX, puis convertir le mois lettre => chiffres

Mais voir aussi si certains moins comportent des accents ? (décembre, etc.)
