readthedocs links are dead #110

The documentation links to https://django-statsd.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html
It gives a 404 error. Documentation is not viewable anywhere now.

I've created an account with readthedocs and added the latest docs as a temporary fix : http://django-statsd.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
