mu4e-toggle-wrap-lines squashes quoted text

Wrapping lines via mu4e-toggle-wrap-lines creates a wall of text with quoted text. There are two possible workarounds I can think of:

1. Set the fill prefix to >
2. Use longlines-mode

I'm using filladapt.el, that works pretty good. But if you (or anyone) have improvements for mu4e~view-wrap-lines, that's certainly welcome.

I checked longlines-mode; that work very well. So, I remove the existing implementation, and use longlines-mode instead. Should land in git soon. Thanks!
