regexp comparision not properly compiled #17

This is valid livescript regex comparsion:

prod = /production/i != process.env.NODE_ENV

Which produces te expected following output:

var prod;
prod = !/production/i.test(process.env.NODE_ENV)

However livescript-next does not produces such output:

prod = /production/i !== process.env.NODE_ENV;
