Surface Speed display gets stuck at surface speed instead of selected speed after IVA #112

After going into and out of IVA, the speed displayed on the navball in surface mode is surface/ground speed, regardless of what is selected on the FAR AIR SPD menu. The selection is displayed, but the speed will be the surface speed. For example, it wall say "EAS" but the speed will be the surface speed
