Now when you place a library under a spellbook, the capacity remains available, and an imp should be able to 'claim' the book still.
Same as with crates and workshops.

Seems to work. However, isn't this assuming that because the owner matches, the book must be shelved?

mmm, kinda, but what else to do, if you already own it it will never be shelved. So if you own it, it should be shelved right?
Or can you find some situation where it goes wrong?
