Given all the different options (normalizing or not, plotting at different ranks, scaling, etc.), it would be interesting to see if an interactive version could be implemented. Similar to how OPAL has interactive html output implemented via bokeh.

  • Blistering fast code so that things in OPAL, things are dynamically computed rather than pre-computed
