in this PR dlang-bot assigned dsimcha. But as far as I see he has been inactive from quite some time.
Maybe dlang-bot should only assign people with commit rights that have been inactive within the last X time.

That's a great idea - the only problem is to automatically update this list, but I think we can parse the commit list daily and thus create a list of potential reviewers.

I don't know if to report this here, but also maybe only people that passes a certain threshold of contribution should be mentioned. Since I'm not a very active contributor, I can't review many of the PRs, so for me the bot is starting to get a bit spammy, and my only option now seems to be to completely mute the DLang repos, and then I would also miss any other (more meaningful) ping, which would be a shame.
