[dub-reference/environment_variables] Missing more content

Currently just a dump of all used environment variables

Each variable should contain:

• sample value(s) it could contain
• which DUB commands / stages it affects

additionally describe better how they can be used in pre/postXXXCommands

can someone please provide an actual example of an environment variable (eg: HOME) actually being used inside a dub.json file?

I can't seem to find the correct syntax for dub.json to pick up the environment variables
