Currently, the only way to order packages on code.dlang.org is alphabetically by name, by creation date, and by last update date. It would be useful to also order by total number of downloads.

I've already worked a bit towards that direction, see https://github.com/MartinNowak/dub-registry/commits/improve_package_lists, which unifies the index and search results table to be both sortable.
