covert channel application running error

When I'm running the command
sudo ip netns exec PROTOZOA_ENV curl -x socks5h://20.20.20.20:1080 https://www.facebook.com > fb.html

I got connection fail error: "Failed to connect to 20.20.20.20 port 1080: Connection timed out"
I already run network_container.sh to setup PROTOZOA_ENV , and make sure vagrant up --provision worked
besides, also setup the covert channel as instructed in README.md

It seems like network doesn't work correctly, any advice to fix this BUG? thanks!
