remove argument from Transaction#commit

A transaction is closely bound to a ContentProviderClient and you should not have to provide it when comiting it. That would only make sense if you want to commit the same transaction on different ContentProviderClient, but that's not how it's meant to be used (and not how it works). Instead you should provide it when creating the Transaction.
