This issue is not solved in a development build

Describe the bug
Getting a Internal Error Message on my Server.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Joining Server (Randomly on Players)

Expected behavior
Packet handle is not working. In the Code is sending that Vanilla "is null". I guess is a ViaVersion error (Other Versions)
