"Hide Folding Prefix" feature shouldn't be applyed for the "other" dir

When you have "Hide Folding Prefix" enabled in settings, "other" dir has wrong file names.
It shouldn't cut prefix, because there is no prefix(that's why it is located in "other" dir).

It works incorrectly especially with custom regexp rules
