Update the docs on _var-brand.scss to recommend http://chir.ag/projects/name-that-color/
Move component assigning of colours into component files.
Document: If the font uses weights, use a variables to help developers know which weight (100, 200, 300) = which weight, (light, regular bold), instead of the font family vars
