Tags and Quicklisp

It appears that the version of Clingon on Quicklisp isn't in sync with the tags here. It looks like they're using master snapshots, rather than releases. In the past with a library of mine I had to ask them to switch to releases: quicklisp/quicklisp-projects#2077
Could we do the same for Clingon?

I don't really have a strong opinion on release tags vs latest master branch. If you think that's a useful thing, please consider submitting an issue with Quicklisp on my behalf.
