Error on adding a blog post

Describe the bug

I get an error(The page isn’t redirecting properly), when trying to add a blog post

Software Versions

• DNN: . 09.01.00
• Module: 6.4.2

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in with an account that has permission to add posts(other than a superuser account account, for a superuser account no error is thrown)
2. Click the New Post! button
3. A window with the error The page isn’t redirecting properly will show up

Expected behavior

The post add window to open
