Deal with special characters in uri like '%':

[2017-01-06 23:55:42] trying HD 3% - season 1 complete
[2017-01-06 23:55:42] parse https://api.t411.li/torrents/search/3%: invalid URL escape "%"

Seems users use "pour cent" for "%" in t411
