Hello!

I wonder how I can change the touchpad sensitivity manualy?
For now i need to hold one hand on the laptop and on other finger on the touchpad to move the mouse, or i just can plug in a USB drive into the USB.

Try playing with the values in synclient FingerLow=5 FingerHigh=10. If you find something you like, modify the line with "parrot" in /usr/local/bin/croutonxinitrc-wrapper and report your findings here.
