We should provide an easy way for users to test this client without having to mock HTTP requests

After thinking about this, I'm now partial to not providing any specific code artifact for this because the odds of this being actually useful are low IMO.

Instead, we could consider expanding the testing section of the README and even provide specific examples and ideas on how to go about testing in integration with this library.
