Problem about first look

Stopped at "Обратившись на 8000-й порт, получим форму авторизации.". I cant get "Form of authorization". I get error "Не удается получить доступ к сайту

Looks like there is some problem with httpd configuration, probably mod_gzip, mod_ssl etc.

To explore it, first of all you have to capture the HTTP traffic (with Telerik Fiddler or like) and check it for correctness. Httpd's own error log is another valuable information source.

If some HTTP response contains 500 Internal Server Error that the browser fails to display for some reason, further read the application error.log.
