I did a bower install via git@github.com and it works if I specify a commit hash, but it would be nice if I didn't have to do that and there was a master branch. Thank you for your work.

Can you reconcile this with bower/bower#8? The gh-pages branch is our default, so at first look it doesn't seem like there should be any issue.
