Describe the bug
The pipeline does not run after we merge PR into ng, therefore the docs are never updated and one must trigger the build on ng branch manually.

To Reproduce
Merge PR with changes in the docs

Expected behavior
docToolchain docs are updated

Additional context
If you run the build workflow manually for ng everything works as expected
