Login error: incorrect username or password

I have a project with about 10 users (about 8 annotators and 2 admins). We use the following procedure to start up doccanno:

• doccano init
• doccano webserver --port 8000
• doccano task (in another terminal)
• Go to http://127.0.0.1:8000/

None of the logins are working at the moment and we all get this error. We get this error message.

I created a new user with this command - doccano createuser --username temp --password pass and that did not work either.

Hello! Having the same problem. Cannot access my account. The admin login does not work either. I appreciate any help.

I am having the same issue. I cannot login using the "Login" button, but if I go to http://address/admin/, the login there works. I used the docker image to run doccano

we've seen this issue be resolved by clearing cookies/cache in the browser, or trying an incognito window
