Github OAuth login form doesn't show

How to reproduce the behaviour

I used the single docker version and followed the instruction to add Github authentication https://doccano.github.io/doccano/advanced/oauth2_settings/ and
set the environment variables OAUTH_GITHUB_KEY and OAUTH_GITHUB_SECRET accordingly. But the login form doesn't show the Github authentication as option. What did I miss here?

Thanks for the info. Yes I saw the PR, I will try to add other oauth authentication like github or google when I have time.
