docker run swarm allows to create a cluster. list, manage, join requires the token. A new command that would allow to show the list of tokens that are already available would be useful.

@arun-gupta this is right now not possible since we don't know who created what.

However, this feature could definitely be possible once we address #374

@aluzzardi Agreed about #374. Are tokens generated without authentication with Docker Hub?

I don't think it's related to #374, but to #438. With #438 token will be linked to a docker hub user.
