Hello,

We use parallel builds with PyVista and we'd like to use this extension, but are unable because parallel reading has not been explicitly declared:

WARNING: the sphinx_reredirects extension does not declare if it is safe for parallel reading, assuming it isn't - please ask the extension author to check and make it explicit
