Relative file URLs are considered relative to the media directory, but making them relative to the description directory is more logical (as was the case in the past).

Example: exercise

Currently the files in the feedback page of this exercise have an URL like https://dodona.be/activities/830509825/media/media/workdir/emoji.txt where only a single /media subpath is needed.
