Add 2 new tab for recording and displaying Dogecoin merchant.

Feature Description

Hi, All Dogecoin lovers,
I have a request for a new feature.
I would like to suggest that we add 2 new tabs on Dogecoin.com:

1. Will be a form, where all the Merchants, who are accepting Dogecoin in their store can enter their info, change it or manage it.
2. A tab where we will share the info of all the merchants accepting Dogecoin.

By doing this we will be supporting all the merchants who currently accept Dogecoin or the Merchants who plan to accept Dogecoin in their store.

The info we could collect using a form is:

1. The company/shop/store name.
2. Store link.
3. Store description
4. Store physical address (optional). - for stores who don't sell products online (for example restaurants).
5. Store phone number (optional).
6. Type of store. (Industry, Sector, type of product they sell).
7. Country currently serve or present.

Now based on the info we collect using a form, we can use that data for sharing the merchant's info, who accepts Dogecoin with the world. So that anyone can check out their store using the link from the Dogecoin website and support them and Dogecoin by shopping on their store.

I would also like to suggest that we use the filter option on our merchants' info page so that everyone can filter or sort based on their needs or desire. That way we can help the Dogecoin community grow and prove to the world that we all support and actively working towards making Dogecoin the best form of payment.
