The revocation choices in TPS should be customizable. This would allow an admin to define revocation reason messages that appear in the drop-down and map them to the standard recovation reason code that they want to message to result in when it is added to a CRL.

This probably requires modifying the backend to support customization including:

• adding parameters or database structure to specify the custom revocation choices
• upgrade script (if necessary)
• removing hard-coded revocation choices
• adding REST service & client for managing the revocation choices

Then the UI can provide a new page to manage the revocation choices via REST interface.
