I implemented strictCiphers in rhcs8.1, but I don't think it was ported to IPA_v2_RHEL_6_ERRATA_BRANCH/tomcatjss

Since the issue only affects IPA_v2_RHEL_6_ERRATA_BRANCH/tomcatjss branch, and the tomcatjss trunk is verified to contain the fix, I'm closing this ticket.

The IPA_v2_RHEL_6_ERRATA_BRANCH/tomcatjss branch will be tracked by the bug alone:
