Currently the TPS userKey profile contains properties that contain comments/instruction on how to setup profiles in general (see op.enroll.userKey._000-090). There are some issues with this way of providing instruction:
The instruction is quite long and it's cluttering up the configuration file.
If the instruction is updated, the properties may require manual renumbering.
The instruction won't be upgraded automatically during RPM upgrade. A new upgrade script has to be written to update the instruction in the configuration file.
In the UI the instruction is only visible when viewing userKey profile, so users may not even know there is an instruction.
If the userKey profile is deleted the documentation will be gone too.
Proposed solution: Move the instruction into a separate manual page. A user will be able to see the instruction by typing "man pki-profiles". The UI can also show the help page, but might be be better to use fields for each profile properties
Proposed milestone: May
