CA Agent: Revoke Certificate search based on date is not giving proper results

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Issue 2 certs that have validity of 1 month (30 July 2015 - 27 August 2015)
2. Select Revoke Certificate from CA agent page
3. Select "Revoke Certificates effective during the period" and provide the
dates
29 July 2015 to 31 July 2015
4. Both the certs are listed
5. Select Revoke ALL certificates

Actual results:

None of the certificates are listed in the next page

Expected results:

Both the certificates should be listed in the next page
