Currently, there is no check to enforce installation of the same version of internal deps. For example, currently, the following can possibly exist:
pki-server **10.6.6** pki-base 10.6.8 pki-base-java 10.6.8 pki-symkey 10.6.8 pki-tools 10.6.8 python3-pki 10.6.8
This issue was seen in the openqa that run against the recent bodhi update
