This issue was migrated from Pagure Issue #3129. Originally filed by edewata (@edewata) on 2020-03-04 14:00:43:

This ticket is to create a feature that support adding parameters in CS.cfg without requiring a restart.

Currently for any new addition, deletion and property change in CS.cfg a restart is required which doesn't seems to be a right approach.

Actual results:
For every small change in CS.cfg , a restart is needed.

Expected results:
server should automatically pick all the updates.
