Description of problem:
TPS doesn't have version number on the Admin's web portal only "Token Processing Service" is seen. It doesn't even generates RHCS and version.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

[root@pki1 ~]# rpm -qa | grep redhat-pki-*
redhat-pki-server-theme-10.5.16-3.el7pki.noarch
redhat-pki-console-theme-10.5.16-3.el7pki.noarch
redhat-pki-10.5.16-1.el7pki.noarch

[root@pki1 ~]# rpm -qa | grep pki-tps
pki-tps-10.5.16-5.el7pki.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install the Subsystem i.e ca,kra,ocsp,tks & tps
2. Install redhat-pki theme package

yum install redhat-pki*

3. Visit TPS admin's web page i.e https://<tps_hostname>:8443/tps

Actual results:
Its only showing the TPS login and "Token Processing Service" as title.

Expected results:
It should show RHCS and its version number similar to other subsystems i.e 'Red Hat® Certificate System 9.5'
