Description of problem:
TPS doesn't have version number on the Admin's web portal only "Token Processing Service" is seen. It doesn't even generates RHCS and version.

redhat-pki-10.5.16-1.el7pki.noarch
[root@pki1 ~]# rpm -qa | grep pki-tps
pki-tps-10.5.16-5.el7pki.x86_64
How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
yum install redhat-pki*
Actual results:
Its only showing the TPS login and "Token Processing Service" as title.
Expected results:
It should show RHCS and its version number similar to other subsystems i.e 'Red Hat® Certificate System 9.5'
