pkispawn failed to call ConfigurationRESTClient, generating the following output:

TypeError: com.netscape.cms.servlet.csadmin.ConfigurationRESTClient(): expected 1 args; got 2

The ca.cfg is identical to /usr/share/pki/deployment/config/pkideployment.cfg except that the sensitive parameters are filled with passwords. There is no DS instance running.
