Stickers in doki theme programs are slightly off for some systems

Describe the bug
Stickers do not align properly on some systems, I have had doki theme work fine for me in the past, but not as of my current Windows install (I normally use Linux and have no issues).
Please see screenshot at bottom

Another note, I have the same issue with the github theme, seems to be an issue outside of jetbrains.

Expected Behavior
Sticker to be aligned at the bottom properly
