new release including Grafana 8

The latest release is a few years behind the github repo. If possible, please release a current version.

Would you be willing to contribute an update for all of this? I'd imagine there are more than a few moving parts.

I've actually no idea how any of this works, sorry. I came here from the plugin pages in dokku docs because I only needed Grafana itself. Which I endet up installing just with a simple Dockerfile in a seperate dokku app. You can close this issue though, if you like.
