"position of the new thread form" not working

I am using DokuWiki 2009-12-25 "Lemming" with Monobook template.
The form does not appear at the top.

The options lets you configure if the form appears before or below the thread listing. Not on top of the page.

Works for me. Can you try with the default template and clear your browser cache?

did both, but nothing helped ...:-( The same problem exists on another site with a template "Minima". See http://ikso.net/lavenko/wiki/ludejo
The plugin is just updated.

May be the reason of incompatibility with the sidebar? Template "Monobook" and "Minima" have built-in sidebar... but I tried to switch to a default template, and I don't have plugin sidebar.

This is the "comment form" not the new thread form which appears only on the thread listing! The comment form cannot be configured to appear at the top of the page!
