Problem mic / response time

Hi everyone,
i have 2 problems on this module.
First one, i need to scream on the microphone for detecting my word. What's the problem? I test microphone with Audacity, no problem of gain...
Second is the latence of response. When i ask something to alexa, i can wait 2, 3, 4, 5, 10 minutes... before she's responding me...
It's a problem of module? wifi? Sd card? Gpu? I have a lot of modules installed but everything is ok.

Same problem with me, Alexa goes to "transiting to state: listening" then it goes on listening and then takes 4-5 min to change the state for responding.
Please someone help us out!!
