Add accent characters

I'm looking the way of adding accent characters (hat, bar, dot, tilde, arrow) to some letters and numbers in docx paragraph.

I have found class in documentation "MathAccentCharacter", but there no any example on how to use this class and I don't see any another class where I can pass this class. Is it Math class? Or Paragraph class? Or MathRun? Please help me.
