Can't copy the network environment template

cp: cannot stat 'network.env.dist': No such file or directory

I have copied the network.env file from an older release, I have manged now to edit it .... I have configured slices still i have some error while running the node regarding slices :

Documentation is a bit outdated would be nice if someone would edit that ...
