Throughout this policy, reference to Gravity Studio shall refer collectively to Gravity Studio Srl and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates and related corporate entities.
It is Gravity Studio’ policy to respect and protect your privacy when visiting one of our sites and/or playing one of our games on the various platforms on which they may be found, including on the web and using your mobile devices. Accordingly, any personal information we collect about you is used strictly to make our site and services better. From time to time, Gravity Studio may collect personal and non-personal information about a visitor to one of our sites and/or when using or playing one of our games on a Platform. The information that we collect may include, but is not limited to: names, home addresses, e-mail addresses, age, telephone numbers, gender and/or information associated with your account and identification on the Platform on which you access an application published by Gravity Studio.
By installing and playing one of our games on a Platform, including without limitation, the App Stores operated by Apple, Google Play Stores operated by Google, you are permitting Gravity Studio to obtain, gather and use the user information on that Platform in accordance with its own terms and conditions. Likewise, if you install and play one of our games on a mobile device such as a mobile phone or tablet computer, we may also such information as your IP address.

Gravity Studio products are meant for use by general audiences and not geared toward children under the age of 13. In instances where a user identifies themselves as under the age of 13 in response to Gravity Studio product that requests such information, Gravity Studio will either restrict such user from providing personal information, will promptly delete such information from our files, or will require consent from a Parent or Legal Guardian with respect to the collection, use, or dissemination of such information. As part of the consent procedure, Gravity Studio will identify to the Parent or Legal Guardian what personal information we wish to collect from regarding the child, and how it may be disclosed to others, if at all. Gravity Studio will not disclose information collected from children under the age of thirteen (13) (or from adults for that matter) to third parties unless indicated otherwise in this policy or in special cases where Gravity Studio has reason to believe that disclosure is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (whether intentionally or unintentionally) with Gravity Studio’ rights or property or anyone else who may be harmed by such actions or if required by law. - ADVERTISEMENTS AND LINKS
Gravity Studio’ websites and/or Platforms on which our games may be purchased or played may include advertisements and/or links to Web sites operated by third parties that are not sponsors and are not affiliated with Gravity Studio. Gravity Studio tries to make sure that when there are links off the Gravity Studio Web site, they are working and lead visitors to interesting, fun and informative areas. However, it is hard to guarantee what exactly is presented on other sites or where links elsewhere may lead. Gravity Studio is not responsible for the content, practices, or information provided or requested on Web sites operated by third parties. Further, advertisements on and links to or from Gravity Studio’ websites and/or on Platforms do not constitute sponsorship, endorsement, or approval by Gravity Studio of the content, policies, practices or products or services offered on these sites or platforms..

- SECURITY
The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with visitors to Gravity Studio’ websites and/or its games on Platforms is of utmost concern to us. Gravity Studio exercises great care and implements a variety of technologies to make the Gravity Studio Web site as secure as possible against unauthorized access and to protect the information visitors choose to provide to us. Gravity Studio periodically reviews and updates these measures. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be one hundred percent (100%) secure. - NOTICE TO ALL CHILDREN
Never provide any information about yourself on the Internet without your parent’s/guardian’s permission. Please read Gravity Studio’ Parental Consent Policy (see below) with your parent’s/guardian’s before you go any further. Gravity Studio requires your parents’/guardian’s written permission for children under thirteen (13) to provide us with certain information required to get the Gravity Studio Newsletter, order subscriptions or enter certain clubs etc.
- GRAVITY PARENTAL CONSENT POLICY
Gravity Studio is committed to protecting the online privacy of children. In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, neither Gravity Studio nor any third party operator on behalf of Gravity Studio will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13) without first obtaining parental consent.
Prior to providing any personally identifiable information (your name, email address, address, phone number etc.), either by placing an order for merchandise, setting up a Gravity Studio account on our website and/or through a Platform, entering a contest or sweepstakes (if eligible), or participating in any other activity offered through our website or in connection with our games on Platforms, children under the age of thirteen (13) must have a “Parent” or “Legal Guardian” provide consent. As such, as part of the registration process, Gravity Studio may request that a child provide certain reasonable information for notification and consent purposes, including the Parent or Legal Guardian’s email address. Gravity Studio will email the Parent or Legal Guardian to seek consent to collect any personal information about the child, and will further provide information about the type of information to be collected, how it may be used by Gravity Studio or third party collectors, and shall provide an email address or other contact information that may be used by the Parent or Legal Guardian to revoke the consent at any time. If consent is not received from a Parent or Legal Guardian within a reasonable time of a qualifying event as set forth in this paragraph, the Parent and/or Legal Guardian’s online contact information provided to or collected by or on behalf of Gravity shall be deleted from Gravity Studio’s records.
If parental consent has been given, Gravity Studio will only collect and use personal information (e.g., email address, mailing address, payment method and details) to the extent necessary to administer the requested activity. For example, the information will be used to: 1. To process and fulfill orders for subscriptions; 2. To send the Gravity Studio Newsletter or other pertinent information by email; and 3. These third parties may collect such information as your IP addresses, mobile device IDs or applications on the device, browser info, pages viewed, geographical location, time spent on pages, links clicked, ads served, in game location, conversion information and related analytics. This information may be used by Gravity Studio, the third party operator and/or one of their clients in analyzing and tracking usage information and content suitability, creating targeted advertising. While Gravity Studio is not responsible for, third-party tracking technologies, some of these third parties to permit you to opt-out of the usage or collection of any personal information of your child.
Gravity Studio recommends that parents/guardians monitor and supervise the online activities of their children and to consider using parental control tools available which can prevent children from disclosing their name, address, and other personal information without parental permission.
Gravity Studio also suggests that parents/guardians review the privacy policies of all Web sites that their children visit, including those Web sites linking to or from the Gravity Studio Web sites and/or the Platform on which one of games may be accessed. In the event children under the age of thirteen (13) are eligible, with parental consent, to participate in contests, sweepstakes or other activities offered through our site, we will only collect and use information (e.g., email address, mailing address, name, age) to the extent that it is necessary to administer the activity.
