安装好jionlp后，进入python交互环境，import jionlp报错，如下所示：
python3版本，所有依赖包完成安装
AttributeError: partially initialized module 'jionlp' has no attribute 'recognize_location' (most likely due to a circular import)

没问题了，原因是 py文件名和jionlp一样
